Very popular are bicycles or mountain bikes. Many places have rentals. Take a moto or tuk-tuk for a day. Agree the price before. Tuk-tuk for one day is about $15. Takes a tour around town and to the Angkor Wat temples. Old market and Night market are very close. 10 min walk. Angkor Wat ticket is $20 per day. Floating village ticket costs $20. A bit expencive for what you get for it.
