First fly either to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore.
From there take flight to Phnom Penh or Seam Reap.

We can send a taxi to the airport to pick you up. If you'd like that please send us your date and time of arrival.
A taxi from the capital to Sihanoukville costs about 50-60$ and is 230km. It will take about 3-4 hours the get here. This price is only if we send our taxi to meet you. Usually taxi drivers ask $100. Minibus costs 80-100$.
Buses from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville depart 2 times a day. Early in the morning 7am-8am and around noon from 12pm to 4.30pm. Tickets cost 5-8$.
Use Mekong Express, Paramount, Sorya, Angkor Express bus companies. There is no central busstation, each company has their own office in town center.
